BK's Rotorua Motor Lodge (opened late 2005) is Qualmark rated 4-star & our 16 modern suites (all non-smoking & serviced daily) provide guests with quality & comfort.

All of our suites (most with luxurious spa/bath/shower) have kitchen facilities, dining suite, recliner chairs, Sky TV, In-room broadband internet access, electric blankets, ceiling fans, direct-dial phone, hairdryer, iron & ironing board etc.

We have queen/single Studio Suites - Mobility Access Suites - 1-bedroom Suites - Interconnecting Suites & a large 3 bedroom Family Suite.

We will be happy to make reservations at any of the attractions or experiences that Rotorua has to offer, either prior to or on your arrival at our Motel.
