Peppers Clearwater Resort is situated approximately 7 minutes drive from Christchurch airport and a 15 minute drive from the city centre, in a newly developed area called Harewood, a suburb of Christchurch.

Exterior
This resort is built around a fantastic golf course that is now the home of the NZPGA tournament. A collection of low rise hotel rooms, Villas, Apartments and Suites built around a lake and the golf course. Excellent trout fishing is also available on site.

Restaurant
There are two restaurants. The first, the Sprig Bar, serves light snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Lakes is the main restaurant open for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner and serves contemporary International cuisine.

  The Lakeside Room feature king size beds with crisp stylish linens, premium facilities including cable television, garage, laundry facilities and outdoor access to jetty 
  
• Lakeview Suite
  These beautifully appointed Lakeview Suites offer a large separate living area with sensational views from the balcony or courtyard. Facilities include a kitchen & laundry facilities, CD player, cable television, carport and king size or two single beds.
  
• Lakefront Suite
  The Lakefront Suite, spread over two levels with lounge, offers premium facilities, full kitchen, laundry facilities, garage and outdoor deck overlooking lake and golf course. A separate bedroom features king or two single beds. 
  
• Lakeside Villa
  The Lakeside Villa consists of interconnecting Lakefront Suite and Lakeside Room. The comfortable elegance of the 2 bedroom lakeside villas provide two king beds or king & two single beds, CD player, cable television, kitchen & laundry facilities and beautiful views over the lake from your balcony. 
  
• Terrace Suite
  Catering for up to four people, the Terrace Suite provides stunning indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Bedding consists of two king beds or king & two single beds. Equipped with CD player, Cable television, full kitchen including dishwasher, fireplace and stunning views over the lake and Golf Course, you'll have everything you require for relaxed living.
