Our modern and well appointed serviced motel accommodation is located within a picturesque  glacial peaked mountain rain forest setting and just a short stroll from the heart of  Franz Josef village in South Westland, New Zealand.

The 16 purpose-built ground floor units boast superb facilities to suit your personal requirements and travel plans. Serviced daily and non-smoking, guests have a choice of studio units, including studio units with a deluxe spa bath, while the spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, making them a popular choice for families or guests seeking more spacious accommodation. Unit's offer Single, Queen or Super-King size beds while the luxurious Italian fabrics, textures, stylish furnishings and natural decor creates a warm and inviting ambience.

We Have native bush garden areas for our guests to enjoy that include picnic furniture and a gas operated Barbeque facilities for the guests that want to self cater and enjoy their rainforest experience and listen to the evening bird song as they wine and dine.

Across the road is the new Glacier Hot Pool's complex and there are three fully licensed restaurants within a short walk. We have several formed bush walking tracks close by which at night have glow worm colonies established and some making their homes.
