You may have been working crazy hours to meet tight deadlines, or travelling in cramped aircraft or on unfamiliar roads for up to 24 hours. Tomorrow you need to be refreshed and energised, ready for a day of stimulating new experiences, an important business meeting or maybe a nostalgic return to a time and place that's already part of who you are.

Our location is superb - just a few minutes stroll through the Cathedral gardens to the main street with its cafes, restaurants, galleries and shopping.

Set on high ground in the centre of the city, the Inn looks out over the tree tops to the hills that surround Nelson on three sides. The ocean is just out of sight, except in winter when some of the trees lose their leaves.

The Grand Drawing Room
Enjoy a complimentary aperitif before heading out for dinner, or a night cap when you return; browse our eclectic library or socialise round the open fire on a winter afternoon - perhaps with your choice of music in the background.

The perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or a cool drink on a summer evening. Spa pool available for you to enjoy.

Bedrooms
There are seven guest bedrooms, five Superior and two Standard, each with its own bathroom. Bedrooms are upstairs - quiet and private - served by a luggage elevator for your convenience. Rooms are individually decorated, some with treasures from our travels abroad, others with local arts.

All have top quality beds and linen, black-out drapes, electric blankets, hairdryers and curling irons, bathrobes, television, direct dial telephone, data point, workspace, fresh flowers.

Superior rooms have King, Queen or Twin beds.

Standard rooms have Queen or Twin beds. They have rather less floor space than the Superior rooms. Ideal for the single traveller or those who are travelling light.
