Studio Suite
Our Studio Suites are large, private and fully equipped, including kitchenette, lounge and dining seating. Studio Suites are flexible to your needs and can be set up as either one super king bed or two single beds. Our Studio Suites offer our guests very comfortable, centrally located accommodation with excellent facilities including flat screen TV's, DVD and CD players.

One Bedroom Apartment
The combination of luxurious interiors and quality design, enhanced with all the features and comforts you could wish for, has resulted in these superb and unique apartments. There are two design options - one has a sun drenched courtyard, the other a balcony with beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. Outdoor furniture in both means all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy.

The bedroom has the flexibility to be set up as one super king bed or two single beds depending on your needs, together with a double sofa bed in the living area for extra flexibility. Kitchen, Spa bath, Laundry, Flat screen TV, DVD and CD player make this the ideal home away from home. All apartments have individual off road parking.

Two Bedroom with Courtyard
This apartment offers all the features of our Two Bedroom Balcony Apartments with the exception of laundry facilities.  Whether you are a family, ski group, or two couples, you can all enjoy the flexibility of these apartments. Two bedrooms upstairs with a small bathroom.  Downstairs, a cosy lounge and dining area, a kitchen with all you could need and a full bathroom with spa bath makes this a perfect home away from home.

Each bedroom has the flexibility to be set up as one super king bed or two single beds depending on your requirements.  There is also a double sofa bed in the living area if required.  A courtyard area opens off the living room with a car park at the entry door for very easy access.

Two Bedroom Balcony Apartment
Luxurious two bedroom balcony apartments offer an excellent range of guest features together with thoughtful flexibility and quality of design. Designed as a mezzanine duplex, the master bedroom and ensuite are on the upper level while an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area and a second bedroom with main bathroom and laundry are on the lower level.  Each bedroom has the flexibility to be set up as one super king bed or two single beds depending on your requirements.  There is also a double sofa bed in the living area if required.

The balcony is the perfect place to admire the beauty of the mountains and Lake Wakatipu, and all apartments enjoy extensive year round sun. All apartments have a secure car park in the basement, with easy access to your accommodation.

3 Bedroom Apartment Option
We have incorporated into the design the ability to interconnect two One Bedroom Apartments which provides a fantastic environment for an extended family, two couples or a larger group.

Simply double everything listed with our One Bedroom Apartments information (the second lounge area being utilised as the third bedroom using the double sofa bed) and you will have the specification for this option!
