This new, boutique bed and breakfast opened in 2005 and is nestled in beautiful gardens with mature trees and over 60 roses. We are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac away from traffic noise, but just a few minutes stroll to restaurants, shops and the lake.

  Our 4 beautifully appointed guest rooms are named after New Zealand native birds found locally and have modern tiled ensuite bathrooms with powerful showers, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, hairdryers, fluffy towels and bathrobes and pure organic lavender toiletries are provided .

Breakfast is a social occasion where guests swap stories and information while tucking into a delicious continental plus cooked breakfast. Our dining room has stunning views of the Murchison mountains and our beautiful garden. Alternatively, if you want to sleep in or have a very early start, you can have a special breakfast hamper delivered to your room.

Enjoy a game of Petanque, soak in our heated hydrothrapy spa pool or just relax on the sunny deck with a glass of wine.

All rooms have unlimited (complimentary) broadband internet connection, DVD player and TV. We have a selection of DVD movies for you to borrow free of charge plus a selection of books. There is complimentary port, soft drinks and home baked cookies in your room and of course tea/coffee making facilities, plus the convenience of a microwave and fridge.
